At MASF, we keep our group training classes small. With no more than a 4 to 1 client to trainer ratio, allows our expert instructors to give you the time and attention that you need, giving you the results that you deserve.

Our priority is to create classes that are educational, challenging, and fun. We strive to provide a space where we encourage a little friendly competition and equip you with the tools you need to reach your goals.

Small Group Training at MASF… Our small group training instructors create classes that simultaneously challenge and educate you. We design our classes to be accessible to people at all fitness levels. Our class size is limited and time is spent correcting posture and alignment so that each participant can get the most out of their time spent with us.
