Our personal trainers progress you from where you currently are to where you want to be. Here at MASF, our trainers provide specialized experience to help you attain your goals. To do so, we create a logical plan that safely and consistently stresses you enough to create a strong training adaptation, but not enough to break you down in a negative way. We are experienced in working with clients ranging from the severely injured to professional athletes. Our personal training sessions incorporate all aspects of fitness – core, global and cardiovascular strength – in an enjoyable, safe environment.

WHAT TO EXPECT

THE PROCESS.

SESSION LENGTH:

Personal training sessions run for either 60 or 90 minutes.

FREQUENCY:

The frequency of visits will vary based on your individual needs and goals.

INVESTMENT:

The range is $90-150 per hour and is an average relative to experience and specialties. Group classes are also offered and range from $45-50 depending on the class and instructor.
